Grant Manager & Instructional Designer

• Managed multiple grants simultaneously to ensure project completion with high standards and within the allotted timeframes

• Created multiple forms of media for three $500,000-$1,000,000+ grants, including flyers, presentations, illustrations, etc.

• Lead a team of 15+ medical students and developed accurate content for live opioid education webinar courses intended for a healthcare professional audience

• Produced a successful opioid education podcast interview series with 36+ episodes and over 3,000 participants intended for an interprofessional healthcare team audience

• Collaborated with subject matter experts to produce accurate and relevant content for multiple forms of media

• Managed a multidisciplinary team and created an information hub website, a 12 episode case-study webinar series, and a provider outreach program for personalized academic detailing sessions, with 1000+ participants total across all modalities

• Collaborated with the RISN team to develop a series of informative diagrams to assist and ease the minds of underrepresented patients

• Designed and illustrated 18 in depth, full color, and realistic images for general public consumption

• Implemented inclusive and diverse imagery that is not widely seen in medical illustration
